Barbara Weidner
President
With PCAInc. since 2005, Barbara now serves as Company President and the majority shareholder, overseeing all day-to-day operations. She is qualified and experienced in performing commercial construction progress inspections as well as providing construction loan administration services. Barbara is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, has an active Florida Real Estate license, and is a Certified Structural Masonry inspector.
Paul Halyard
founder
Paul Halyard – Founded PCAInc. in 1998 and was active in the day to day operations of the business through 2012. He continues to maintain a minority interest in the business acting as a Special Consultant. Paul has written numerous articles throughout his career, many of which have been published in national trade magazines. He has also been the recipient of many honors and awards. In 2010, he was nominated by ASHRAE for the Lifetime Achievement in Engineering Award
Bob McBride
Special Consultant
In 2002, Bob joined PCAnc. and currently serves in the capacity of a Special Consultant. He brings a deep understanding of the construction business as a past President of PCAInc. Formerly, Bob was licensed as an Environmental Professional, Certified Structural Masonry Inspector, Mold Inspector, and Infrared Thermography Specialist.
Jose Perez
Vice President
Jose has been with PCAInc. since late 2014. Now serving as Vice President, Jose performs construction plans and cost reviews, construction progress inspections and property condition assessments. Jose is a licensed Florida Professional Engineer, and earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico in 1995 and is working on a Masters degree in Structural Engineering.
Travis Byrd
Associate
Travis joined PCAInc. in 2020 and is an Associate. He performs field inspections, assists with property condition assessments, prepares and reviews reports, assists in managing operations, and does business development research. Travis graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a B. S. in Finance.
Andrea Molero
Inspection associate
Andrea joined PCAInc. in 2018 and serves as an Inspection Associate. She performs field inspections, prepares reports, and consults on job progress in conformance with the schedule of values, contract and specifications. Andrea graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rafael Urdaneta University in 2014.
