Established in 1998, Property Condition Assessment, Inc. supports Florida construction lenders with site inspections, reviewed reports, plans and cost reviews, and Notice to Owner and lien release tracking.
We inspect construction progress, photograph site conditions, review draw paperwork, and collect stored-material documentation. Reviewed reports are delivered within four business days after we receive all necessary draw paperwork.

Construction Monitoring
Our reports include a review of Building Permit notation, Notice of Commencement properly posted in accordance with Florida statute, sitework and vertical construction, manpower and stored materials on site.
